This is a truly deligthful little movie and I found myself clapping and cheering as I watched it. Even if you don’t speak French, you’ll enjoy this.

This remarkable woman has an wonderful sense of humour, and is active – still rides an exercise bike!

I felt so alive after watching this, and it reminded me to count my blessings – daily – and enjoy every moment. This is something to aspire to as we age gracefully …
