I’ve just added l’Escargot d’Or – The Golden Snail Coffee Shop / Cafe to my To Do List for September 2024, when I’ll be back in Paris.
The owner of this wonderful establishment is Gilles Coolen – a coffee grower and a cocoa grower.
As I’m sipping my triple-shot latte at home here today, and savouring the aroma and the flavour, I’m daydreaming about being back in the City of Love and Light, and checking out the amazing number of great cafés which have sprung up since my last visit!
I love visiting coffee roasters and Baristas who love their work, so the chance to visit a few is high on my list. Pop in and visit next time you’re looking for an amazing coffee made with love, and have a chat with Gilles – it’ll be a memory to savour for years to come.
