So you’ve seen 2CV Tours Paris – but you have NO idea what “2CV” means, right?

Top Gear says: “A lollopy, characterful, ancient Citroen that has become legend. Produced between 1948 and 1990 (yes, that really is 42 years of production), the 2CV (deux-chevaux or ‘two horses’) was originally conceived in the late Thirties as a rugged, useful, affordable car.”

Tour Paris in a fabulous vintage 2CV car! Book here! >>

I LOVE these cars, and when I lived in Paris many moons ago, my friend Simona owned one and we tootled around in it sometimes having the greatest fun :D

Now you can rent or hire them for an hour or more, and be driven around Paris exploring the sights and hidden, secret areas.

I’m adding this 2CV Tour to the top of my “Things To Do In Paris” List for September 2024!

Here are some more 2cV Paris Tours to see which one is right for you.

Before Booking Any Paris Tour

  1. Please remember to always check the Reviews for feedback before making your bookings.
  2. Please note that these are driving tours – there is no stopping at each attraction, no stopping for selfies, no stopping for coffees etc. If the tour is 1 hour, the vehicle will be driving for one hour and then will return you to the starting point.
  3. Please remember that the driver is not going to be 100% Tour Guide giving details of everything you pass by. Each tour goes past specific attractions, and the Driver will let you know as they’re passing. The do not need to know the history of Paris or France – for those kinds of tours it might be better to include a Walking Tour with a qualified Guide who has the knowledge you require.
  4. Remember to thank  them for their lovely tour, and they will appreciate you taking the time to do so 🩷
  5. Remember to check you have all your belongings before exiting the car; if you leave something in a car accidentally, it might be picked up by the NEXT passengers, and never seen by the driver. It is not up to the driver to make sure that you leave nothing behind, that’s up to you 🩷 Now go have a ton of fun!!
