Phone Cards in ParisWhen I was in Paris in June 2007, I bought a local phone card [Telecart] with 50 ‘units’ available to make local calls. These cards are used in phone boxes [phone booths] all over Paris, and are easier to carry than coins. You can tell whether the phone box will accept coins or cards – there is a little picture on the front of them showing you to insert either coins or card. There are many phone cards – and they are available everywhere in all kinds of shops. Here’s a phone card website I can recommend – I have partnered with them to bring my website visitors fantastic rates on phone cards from any country to any country [click the banner and a new web page will open]: International Phone Cards in ParisA friend of mine uses the Eureka card, which allows around 300 minutes in calls around the world for 6 euros. I didn’t have this info on me when I bought my international phone card, unfortunately. I went to the local Post Office and purchased a France Monde [Kertel] card for 15 euros and only managed to get two 5 minute calls out of it :-( So do shop around for a bargain or click this link for great prices using the phone card I’ve partnered with for my website visitors. PS! Sign up and get 10 minutes free calls to any country.
