Paris is known as the City of Love, so within this list of romantic things to do you might find the perfect thing to do with your loved one in Paris.

When: 14th February, every year, worldwide. It is still winter in Paris, so wear plenty of warm clothes!

1. take a winter picnic to one of the many parks in Paris
2. take a 2.5 hr barge cruise around and UNDER Paris – this is one of my favourite things to do all year round in Paris >>
3. take a Private Citroen 2CV (Deux Chevaux / Two Horsepower) Tour of the hidden Paris >>
4. take a romantic champagne tasting cruise or dinner cruise on the River Seine >>
5. take a day or evening tour which includes the Eiffel Tower – maybe have dinner there too >>
6. take a Horse & Carriage ride through Paris >>
7. take a guided tour through some of Paris eclectic districts, from Montmartre to Covered Passages filled with history
8. tell your sweetie you love them by taking them to the “I love you” Wall in Montmartre. Frédéric Baron came up with this marvellous idea and created a fresco which was launched in 2000, this fresco by Frédéric Baron was his vision is a “space where love is spoken in all languages.” You’ll find this marvellous monument to LOVE hidden in the Abbesses de Montmartre square, and here you’ll find more than 1,000 “I love yous” written in over 300 languages and dialects.
